19th Street near Poplar Street
An unmarked police car has been pulling people over on 19th Street in N. Boulder, just after the hill going up to the various tree-name streets (Poplar, Quince, etc.). He’s a little dificult to see, as he’s just over the top of the hill, but he’s avoidable if you’re vigilant.
