Officers usually park in the Emmanuel Church parking lot (located on the south side of 26th) scouting motorist traveling east bound on 26th between Wadsworth and Sheridan. The speed limit is 30mph so slow your roll as you pass the traffic light (Pierce St.). They’ll be waiting for you on the right side. I know because I attend that church and often greet the officers with "hellos", "good byes", coffee and donuts!
