2 cops stand under a shaded tree at the bottom of a hill on the south side of Tulane between Ohio and Coit every morning. Their car is hidden in a residential turnoff on the north. The speed limit here is only 30 mph even though it is 4 lanes with very little traffic. Watch out because it is very easy to pick up speed down this hill, especially with the long stretch between lights. Good luck with leniency here – the officers laughed while they told me they had just ticketed my neighbor the week before.
