Harvey Street near US Highway 6
Basically anywhere on Harvey from highway 6 to George Bush you will see 1 or more cops on motorcycles using radars. I got a ticket for going 10 miles over and the ticket was over $300.

Harvey Street should be Harvey Road. US Highway 6 is also know as the East Bypass or Earl Rudder Frwy. At this location HWY 6 is also Texas Avenue
