Hwy 114 thru Trphy Club and Westlake
East from Roanoke and the 114 by-pass thru Trophy Club to Southlake. Although this stretch of road is not inside the city limits of Keller, The town of Westlake has a contract with Keller for Police and Fire services. Late night, look out! Will be stopped for any minor infraction including no license plate light. Enforcement heavy 10 pm to early AM hours looking for DWI’s.

The glorified Home Owners Association of Westlake, (I refuse to call them a "real" town") contracts with Keller for Police services not Fire.
A Roanoke cop told me couple years ago that Keller filed a lawsuit to patrol (make $ :) ) on 114 and obviously won said lawsuit, I see the bike cop way down 114 hiding behind bridge over Kirkwood (?). Isn't Keller big enough that they need to be almost to Grapevine?
