I-94 Northbound at/near College Ave. exit
As you crest the hill near College Ave. on I-94 Northbound the speed limit changes from 65 to 55 for no apparent reason. There is always a Milwaukee County Sheriff on the other side of the hill throwing radar at everyone hoping to snag those whose speeds don’t change quick enough. (Tip: watch ahead for your fellow motorists’ brake lights as they crest the hill. Besides a radar detector that is the best way to know if the sheriff is on the other side!)
