I20 /820 service Road near Hemphill Street
Hemphill exit east-bound side I20. 2 or more cops using handheld radar guns and stepping out from motorcycles/cars hidden in alley right before Chevy dealer. Gotta shut down fast to comply w/30 mph sign.

when exiting 820 off the ramp, slow down immediately, I worked at the chevy dealer there.
