HPD regularly sit in the Church of Christ parking lot and are hard to spot until its too late. If you know where to look you can spot the car. If its at night, good luck.

Well, yeah, that and the speed limit was 35 mph and there's a school zone every eighth-mile.
Good news from the future, though. They recently bumped up the speed limit to 40 mph. Rejoice!
