northbound 121, motorcycle cops, targeting cars, speeding up on the straight line, that follows the major highways streams crossing (westbound 114 west to 121 north versus Eastbound 114 to I-635 streams). Once passed the bottleneck, cars who try to alleviate congestion for others by speeding up, will get hammered. Ridicilously low 55mph on the northbound 121 section that doesn’t have any ramps. Should have 60 mph, with minimum 40 instead. The cops make endless loops between the 635 bridge and the basspro bridge, especially after 9am rush hour. Only northbound cars are shot, and are often seen pulled over at right shoulder facing the Fudgeruckers restaurant.
