Police cruiser or motorcycle cop parked on the southbound ramp going on to 2818 from Raymond Stotzer Pky (University Drive) or on the 2818 itself. The speed limit in this location is 60mph and they park just after the overpass. Common to see them between 8-9AM during the rush hour.
