Speed limit is 55 thru town. However the speed limit changes from 70 to 55 rather suddenly and without warning this is when the police take advantage of the situation

A speed trap is defined as a stretch of road with no visible warning signs of immediate drop in speed. One warning sign on each end of town!
I guess when your driving your car you need to pay attention to the warning signs, or it is your fault when you get caught!
