As you enter the city of Fort Myers, motorists pass 1st Street, there the Officer will stand on the side walk aiming his laser gun at motorist coming off the bridge. The speed drops to 35 MPH as you enter the city. This is a typical southern speed trap at the bottom of a bridge or hill. The Officer will walk out in to the street and flag you down. Beware coming off the bridge that you have reduced your speed to 35MPH or less.
