Melbourne Village PD (shouldn’t even exist) will write tickets outside of Melbourne Village to all drivers with outside addresses to include speeds as little as 5 mph over the limit. Marked patrol cars will be in median or in or next to Target parking lot. Most police will not even look at you for 5 mph over the limit. Melbourne Village will nail you for it, so beware.
