Where on S Cypress Rd? If this is near the Presbyterian Church on S Cypress Rd then I agree, it's definitely a speed trap. Usually a motorcycle cop on the east side of Cypress Rd for Northbound travelers. He gets you because he hides back in the trees & by the time you see him it's too late!
Sometimes there's two of them one on each side. Everyone does at least 45 on this road~Watch out!
