THEY HIDE UNDER THE SHADE TREES BY THE FENCE ON THE NORTH SIDE IN DARK CAR, HARD TO SEE UNTIL YOU GET RIGHT ON THEM
You will find them in a dark patrol car hid under the shade trees right up against the fence pointed westbound. You can't see em till you are literally on top of them.
