Eastbound traffic goes down long hill with a single up pitch near the bottom. It’s necessary to brake steadily going down the hill so you’re not speeding on the crest. That’s where they nail you. I live nearby and see this trap run frequently. It’s a scam and I see people abused every week. The county used to run this trap until the city annexed the area. They probably did it just for the revenue.
