DesPlaines River Road near Grand Avenue
There is a cop always hiding on DesPlaines River Road just south of Grand. He’s poaching drivers going both ways…sometimes can be caught hiding along one of the side streets.

The only cop hiding here is north of the train tracks on River Rd to your left alongside the building right after the train tracks. It's a Ford SUV. Speed limit is 35mph, but he can easily be seen despite being parked a reasonable distance from River Rd.
