Use caution when traveling on Rte. 59, between Army Trail Road and North Ave. (Rte 64), specifically 1/4 mile South of Army Trail. There is an overgrown service drive on the west side of the road (southbound lanes). The heavy vegitation reaching almost to the curb makes it very difficult to see anything sitting or standing in this area, let alone a patrol car. I have noticed patrol cars sitting here lying in wait for motorists. Due to the hidden nature of the driveway, it makes one wonder how any car could pull out of this area without presenting a dangerous hazard to other motorists.
