Enforcement is two-fold. Police park at the extreme west end of the vacant parking lot at specified intersection (A giood 80+ yds away. They have direct view of: 1) motorists heading either north / south on Lafatette St. that fail to Stop / coast through the Stop sign at the Evans interestion ( Evans traffic does NOT have to stop) 2) Police can easily witness motorists cross the adjacent Railroad tracks South on Lafayette AFTER the Warning lights have started flashing ( there is no active gate there). Violators blowing the RR crossing are best picked off at night because the squad cars are in the distance in the dark West end of the parking lot. Good Luck as patrols there are frequent !
