High Street near Spencer Park
High Street near the entrance to Spencer Park. Good luck if you are not going the posted speed limit. Police like to use the heavy "Park Walker" traffic and low speed limit to justify large fines. Police also like to camp out anywhere on High Street, especially the NIPSCO service lot.
