US Highway 30 near State Highway 18
Highway patrolman sits almost on Ohio border-hiding. A motorist passing here would think they are safe due to this, but the officer WILL follow into next state.

These are NOT roads around or near Richmond, IN. This is much further north of Richmond, closer to Ft. Wayne.
