Normally there are two black & whites sitting in a vacant parking lot just north of the railrod overpass on the north bound lanes. The overpass is 30mph and turns into a 45mph stretch, the 30mph is strictly enforced coming over the bridge. Most days both cars are keeping busy writing tickets.
