Regular patrols of the Lloyd Expressway (the only expressway I have ever seen with stoplights) pose an interesting and troublesome condition for drivers. The unusually low and constantly changing speed limit leave drivers wondering "What exactly is the speed limit?" especially on this busiest thoroughfare through the city. Almost constant construction and unmarked/mismarked construction zones leave the drivers unprepared and not expecting any reductions in speed limits or driving conditions. Overall a very pore and overrated highway!
