Coming from Hwy 30 towards hospital, near VU
Speed limit is 20 mph along this road; cop sits along road just past entrance to the VU campus, catching people on their way to the hospital and VU. If you have an emergency and need to get to the hopsital, think of another route or risk getting pulled over thanks to this ridiculously low speed limit.
