State Highway 20 near Overpass Just Past Elm Road Exit
State Police sit on overpass with radar targeting vehicles going underneath eastbound toward Elkhart. Once you have been targeted they have 2-3 cars waiting just past the next overpass you must go over toward St. Rd. 19 exit. Never been ticketed there but seen it in action many times.
