The cops in Carroll County will use any excuse to stop you. My son was doing the speed limit but got stopped and the car searched. The excuse was the light bulb over the rear license plate was out (it wasn’t) and after the search and drug dogs were called in, they told him a marijuana seed was found in the car. Interesting since he doesn’t smoke pot and they wouldn’t show him the seed. They also let him go (which if they really had evidence, wouldn’t have happened). It doesn’t matter if you are law abiding and watch your speeds. They profile.
