There is a Holton town Marshall who sits in a blue marked ‘Marshall’ car who loves to hide at the bank, and hide in alleys to watch Holton. He is a big time stickler on speeds. The area is marked 20mph and he WILL pull you over for just 5-10 over. He also hides behind the fire house late at night with his lights off and hides near the Church in Holton during the day.
