Upper Middle Road near school Crossing
Police hide in the parking lot from the fire station aiming their "gun" either way. Also regular under cover police cars patrol this area!

my only two tickets right there,
your good until 8am but then then could show any time after into the evening,you can see them though from a distance if you look,but i was distracted
