The limit is 50 km/h, but the bridge is pretty long, so people using it on their way downtown are tempted to go 70-80 km/h and are easy pickings. Cops (both car and motorcycle) park on the island at the south end of the bridge that splits traffic to Pape or Donlands. There’s a signpost that they can hide behind and sometimes they’ll leave their vehicle hidden in the parkette on the right. They used to use radar, but I think the local rotary club donated a lidar gun and it’s used in this location.
