Garth Road near Garrow Street
They gun people going North toward Mohawk comming off stonechurch. You absolutly can not see them and they have a clear shot at you from the other side of stone church even. When they have you they will step out and flag you down at the lights. The cop car is usually parked opposite of the shoppers plaza on garrow.
