The casper police are being asked by the chief to make as nuch as a 70% MORE TRAFFIC STOPS. aLL Areas of Casper are affected, The PD has even advertised the fact thet want more stops. Many of the traps I see are on CY avenue..near Safeway and 13th. street…by the baseball fields. Also a big one for them is by Kelly Walsh High School. If you have a taillight out or other "viloation" you’ll probably end up stopped at some time.
