Local police have a gold mine set up in this small town. When southbound on Hwy. 186 the limit is 55mph and in a short distance becomes 25mph. If it dark or foggy you can’t slow down fast enough. I travel though this town once a week and still got clipped. My radar detector never warned me and I know it works fine. Officier said he cancelled his reading and no longer had it on his unit. Police can get very surly and threaten you with jail if you question them. Several people I know have had the same experience.
