NE 96th Avenue near 522 Bothell Way
As you are heading eastbound on Bothell Way approching Wayne Golf Coarse there is a pull off on the the south side of the road with some trees and bushes. Often times there will be an officer backed up into the trees fishing for speeders in either direction. It is especially hard to see him if you are heading west bound.
