there are two very young cops in South Bend. One in particular is arrogant.. no professioalism shown at all. If you are stopped in any trap by Jason Capps you bought a ticket. Be sure you are on the speed limittill you clear South Bend.

Jason Capps is very arrogant and not truthfull in his citation writing, but he knows he can get away with it because the City of South Bend court judge is just as crooked as he is.

I two have been ticketed by Mr. Jason Capps.Arrogant is not the word for him. That boy has some issues. Very untruthful and very unprofessional. As far as receiving a ticket, thats fine ,I was going 10 miles above speed limit I will admit, but I deserve to be treated with same respect I showed for him. I WILL NEVER STOP IN SOUTH BEND WA. AGAIN AND SPEND ONE DIME THERE!!!

he got us for doing 35 in the 30 in the blind northbound corner south end of town ,,, said we were doing 50 plus that he was being nice to us ,,, we were doing 25 to 28 mph ,, a vehicle passed us at the corner at the time in plain view of officer ,,, my signal stalker scanner didnt catch key up call in of info , doubtfull he called it in or even used his radar/laser whatever he uses ,, he said montanans needed to stay in montana and vacation there instead of washington
