At least one Williamsburg/James City County officer likes to sit here and catch people going 55 on their way to I-64 (where it’s 65). The highway here is safe as an Interstate–lightly traveled, four to six lanes, wide median, wide shoulders. One of my neighbors is a cop and this is the favorite spot of someone in his department.
