As most previous posts have said - Windsor is tapping into some great revenue by getting those who speed through town. They are mainly out during the dark hours and early morning when you are not aware - what guts these guys have! The town doesn't pay salaries or for their cars with taxes - four uniformed police cars are paid straight from ticket revenue. Things are tight in the Commonwealth - they just joined the Waverly/Emporia bandwagon.
