Going South on Phohick, past the intersection of Pohick and Rolling Road (traffic light), as you cross over I-95 and head up a small hill, two motorcycle cops camp out just past the entry to the self-storage facility on the right. As it’s a four-lane road, folks easily hit 45 or 50 there, but posted limted (just past where they sit) is 35. They will walk right out into traffic and motion you over. I’ve seen half a dozen people pulled over in the past six days.
