Pohick Road near Lorton Station Boulevard
On southbound Pohick Road just beyond the I-95 overpass, police frequently set up radar traps hidden in the turnouts near the public storage facility to catch people exceeding the 35 MPH limit. Usually at least two cruisers are working at a time. This occurs right after a long 4-lane downhill which requires you to ride your brakes to avoid exceeding 35 MPH. Enforcement seems most common outside of rush hours. Often several drivers at a time will be pulled over.
