Better not come through with out of state tags or be a college student, a tourist or a minority, you'll get the watch and a nice escort out of town most likely with an expensive ticket to go with it. Good buddy I went to college with at EMU grew up here, but lived nearby in Short Pump, that's a whole other issue in itself, the stories he told me and after first hand experience riding with him through town back from school this place is no joke.
