There is a cop in Rich Creek Va on Route 460 both eb and wb. Although the speed limit is 55 mph he sits at the bottom of a hill just at the Town Limit sign. If you are going 61 or better he will write you up. I also had the opportunity to be in a store and he came in there. I had previously had received a ticket from him for 62 in a 55. I overheard him telling another cop that he had written 27 tickets that day. It appears that either he is not being truthful or he is trying to make a name for himself.
