As you are travelling along Highway 11E (Bristol Highway) towards Johnson City, you leave Piney Flats and you start to go up a hill just a little bit. There is a JCPD officer that is actually tresspassing as he sits in someone’s driveway using a radar gun to clock vehicles just as they crest over the hill and it is too late. Watch yourself going up this hill. It is right after the highway transitions from a 45 mph zone into a 55 mph zone. He is tresspassing because in court I asked for him to provide written permission from the owner of that home that he has permission to enforce traffic laws from their driveway (all the way to the house actually) and he failed to provide that.
