US Highway #1/ Two Notch Rd near US Highway #1/ Two Notch Rd
Anywhere in the town of Elgin Just outside of Northeast Columbia in Kershaw County. The Elgin Police Dept do a great job enforcing most of the laws with the help from county, but I have heard the speeding conditioins for which they stop people are ridiculous. The speed limit is only 35 mph I guess because if you go any faster you will miss the town.
