Highway 165, outside of Charleston
Unmarked car stationed in area of lowered speed limit, posted limit was 60 MPH on double lane divided highway just past 70 MPH zone. Officer had stopped three cars at one time.

There is no 70 mph on any road in the area. From Ravenel to Charleston the speed is 55.
