1100 block of Delaware Ave to 1400 Broadway
25 mph limit on Delaware Ave. 30 on Broadway. I see someone stopped in these areas a couple times a week. Broadway has big hill and its easy to do 50 – 55 going east. They sit at gas station right at bottom of hill. West on delaware ave they sit on side street. Only 2 policemen on duty at a time but they are alway there when not eating doughnuts.
