State Route 711 towards Bolivar near Just before the mini mall
As you’re coming out of Ligonier on route 7ll it goes from 25 mph to 55 mph for a very short distance, then goes back to 35 mph. Many people have been ticketed in this particular spot. Especially, if your not familiar with the area.
