Both state and local police departments patrol the Route 202/Business Route 30/Route 30 Bypass interchange. They typically catch north bound traffic and three points. The first (heading northward) is about a quarter north of the first exit. Police sit in the middle of the highway at the apex of a curve. The next speed trap is right after the first exit, the police sit in the middle behind a bridge (you can see the top of the car, but it can be surprising). Occasionally they will also sit a quarter mile or so farther down against the lane divider (this is fairly obvious). The last spot they will sit is about a mile down at the very end of the interchange in the middle. They sit at the end of the guardrail lane divider on an emergency cross over.
