Speed limit is 55 mph. everywhere except when you get to Summerhill Twp. between Wilmore and Portage boro’s. Then the speed limit is lowered to 35 mph. well below the safe driving speed. The rest of the Highway is 55 mph. unless you pass through a town and then it is lowered to 45 mph. except in Summerhill Twp.
