North 4th Street near West Broad Street
the cop sits behind the shed for the ice skating rink. you can not really see him if you aren’t paying any attention. they will ticket you. its the "new spot".

There is no intersection of 4th Sttreet and West Broad in Quakertown.
The location is East Broad.
However, the shed and ice skating rink do not provide a view of 4th and Broad.
They do view 4th and Mill Street, where the apeed limit is 25 on both.
