The posted speed is 25 mph on a four lane state road that connects to an inter state highway.They sit in the parking lot under the interstate bridge on both sides,.and on the back stretch of the island where the speed is 35 mph on a open stretch of road with no crossing streets just commercal businesses (4 in a 3 mile stretch) on the one side.(ENFORCEMENT IS TIMED)
