U.S. 11/15 South, just after construction zone ends
This little trap is designed to catch Canadians and other travelers from South to Northeast, and those who accelerate after leaving a 16-mile construction zone where, after many years, the Commonwealth is finally improving this much-used highway in Central PA. Purpose apparently is to nail the frustrated who blow by some farmer they’ve followed for 16 miles, and who believes that the 35 mph construction zone speed really means 25 mph. Speed limit on this recently-improved section is 55 mph, when it should be 65 mph, which is speed for most drivers.
